WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 business day.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment from credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking on the "Track My Order" tab

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To file for a return, please fill out our contact page or email support@flauras.com

If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage. If you receive a damaged item, we will cover return shipping charge.

If you simply do not like the item and wish to return it, you are required to cover for shipping and you will be refunded 1-2 business days after the package is received.

 

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We do not have the power to stop that.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers and from our competitors.
